underpinning of our company culture. Many people feel Masters Touch is an exciting
company of which to be a part and a very special place to work. These

I give myself and everything I commit to 100% until I succeed. I am committed to the Vision, Mission, and Culture of Masters Touch. I am committed to providing 100% Service and Quality to every customer. |
| Ownership |
I am responsible for my actions and outcomes and own everything that takes place in my work and my life. I am accountable for my results and I know that for things to change, first I must change. |
| Integrity |
How I operate at Masters Touch is as important as what I accomplish. I manage business honestly and directly, accept responsibility for my actions, and follow through on commitments and promises. I communicate immediately if there are potential broken agreements. |
| Excellence |
Anything less than my best is not acceptable at Masters Touch. I understand there is a distinct difference between good mistakes (best effort, bad result) and bad mistakes (laziness, sloppiness, lack of effort). |
| Communication |
I remain upbeat at all times. I speak positively of my fellow team members, my clients, and Masters Touch in public and in private. I never engage in sarcasm or gossip. I greet and say goodbye to people using their first name. I always apologize for any mistakes first, then I focus on resolving the problem. I discuss concerns with individuals privately. I return all communications received by 5 PM the same day without fail. |

I am a team player and a team leader. I understand that if Masters Touch does not work as a team we will all fail. I am able to change if what I am doing is not working in the context of the team. I listen carefully to others on the team. |

| Education |
I promise to learn something every day so I can improve Masters Touch and my life. I will continue to sharpen my saw so I'm ready for anything. I will teach other team members things I have learned. When asked, I will gladly learn something new as it will help me to be a better person and Masters Touch to be a better company. |

I understand that my family, social, physical, and spiritual life are as important as my Masters Touch life. I complete my work and important tasks in life first so that I may have quality time to myself. |

Work and Life should be FUN! My journey through both should be enjoyable, so I strive to create an atmosphere of fun and happiness so that those around me will enjoy it too! |

It is important to give back to the communities in which I work and live. I, along with Masters Touch, volunteer time and resources to support the community through charitable events and philanthropic programs. |
