Mary Donaruma

With more than 20 years experience in kitchen and cabinet design, Mary has catered to homeowners, contractors, builders and others in kitchen design for homes, condos, multi-units and subdivisions. Her distinctive kitchen designs leave a lasting impression on every customer, and her enthusiasm and great customer service are amazing.

Mary credits her father, Joe DiMarzio (a Norwood resident) who sold kitchens for a many years, with getting her started in the business. For 10 years previous to Masters Touch, Ms Donaruma was self-employed as a Kitchen Designer. Previous to that, she was employed with Wakefield Kitchen & Bath for three years and Republic Kitchen Showplace in Norwood for nine years.

"My father was the biggest influence on my career. He taught me the value of honesty, integrity and attention to detail. I've been very fortunate. When clients call and say how delighted they are - it's very rewarding," noted Mary.

Mary co-teaches Sunday School and is a former Girl Scout leader. A native of Norwood, she resides in Mansfield with her husband Mark and their children, 12-year-old Michelle and 10-year-old Adam.

Rick Greenlee

Rick Greenlee is the principal of JRG Architectural Cadd Services based in Peabody. For more than 15 years, Rick has catered to clients on the North Shore, Southern Maine and New Hampshire. His focus is primarily New England architecture and his portfolio includes residential; multi-family homes; renovations to existing construction and new construction. Rick holds a Bachelors of Art in Architecture from the University of Michigan and is a resident of Peabody.

Rex Ingram

Rex Ingram is the principal of Ingram Architects of Boston and has more than 15 years of experience. His primary focus is on design projects specific to Nantucket architecture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Art/Architecture from Portland State University and a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Before establishing his own firm, he was a project designer and manager for Lyman S.A. Perry Architects. Rex has served as the Architectural Consultant for The Village of Arts and Humanities and also as an Academic Advisor for the University of Pennsylvania. Over the years, Rex has received much recognition. He has won awards in competitions that include the Schenk-Woodman Design Competition; the Pella Window Prize Competition and the Pandora’s Box Design/Build Competition.

Milton Manousaridis

Milton Manousaridis established Archspaces, a design firm in Boston, in 2005. His architectural design leans more toward contemporary design and his portfolio of work ranges from simple additions to new construction. Milton has seven years of experience and was an architect at both small and large firms in the Boston area before launching his own company. A resident of Wellesley, Milton is a native of Greece and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in Greece. He also holds a second degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. He belongs to the Boston Society of Architects.

Shirley Novack

Interior designer Shirley Novak of S. Novak and Associates (Canton), shares a wealth of design experience with Master Touch clients.

With more than 26 years of experience and a degree in Interior Design, Shirley provides both interior design and home improvement design service to Masters Touch clientele. She works with both the client and the Masters Touch construction team - ensuring that everyone is on the same page - to a project's perfect completion.

From health clubs and spas to showcase homes, Shirley caters to both commercial and residential clients. Her most recent design project is a Tae Kwon Do studio. Shirley has won numerous awards over the years: Modern Salon Magazine recognized her for her renovation of a salon into a day spa; Boston Design Center awarded several of her design shows and show houses; Boston Architectural Center at Build Boston highlighted three of her projects. Boston Magazine has recently published one of her spectacular design projects, a home renovation of a 13,000 sq. ft. Frank Lloyd Wright design in Weston.

Shirley's community outreach includes spearheading the "Foundation for Hospital Art" fundraiser in Boston several years ago which resulted in the incorporation of art into hospital pediatric treatment centers in the Boston and Providence, RI area. She also served as a volunteer for "Community Serving" soup kitchen in Boston for a number of years.

Shirley is an affiliate of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a member of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA). She resides in Canton.

Michelle Toomey

Our Showroom Consultant, Michelle Toomey has an extraordinary gift for combining texture, color and pattern. Our customers appreciate her ability to draw fabrics, rugs, tile and wall coverings together and to guide them in creating rooms that feel comfortable and welcoming. Her more than 10 years experience with Hunter Douglas window treatments helps them to feel more confident about choosing the shade or blind that will best fit their needs.

Michelle's creativity and her eye for color are evident in the window and showroom displays that draw so many of our customers into Masters Touch. You will appreciate her thoughtful way of listening and her continual willingness to go the extra mile.

Gail Van Kleeck

Gail Van Kleeck is an Allied Member of ASID and the President of Dover Interiors, a design firm that specializes in collaborating with its clients to create homes that nurture their spirit.

Families considering renovations or additions are especially appreciative of Gail's out-of-the-box thinking and the way she works with them to develop a detailed plan prior to construction. Her ability to ask pertinent questions helps them to avoid costly mistakes and to enjoy their completed rooms more fully.

Gail, who became affiliated with Masters Touch several years ago, designed the "Piano Bar" room in the front of our store. She has been a guest speaker at The Rhode Island School of Design, has taught countless classes in color and is currently writing a decorating guidebook.

Clients who collaborate with Gail make their decorating decisions more confidently. They are grateful for her creative attention to detail and for her ability to help them design a welcoming, uniquely personal haven for themselves and those they love.
