Mary Donaruma
With more than 20 years experience in kitchen and cabinet design, Mary has catered to homeowners, contractors, builders and others in kitchen design for homes, condos, multi-units and subdivisions. Her distinctive kitchen designs leave a lasting impression on every customer, and her enthusiasm and great customer service are amazing.
Mary credits her father, Joe DiMarzio (a Norwood resident) who sold kitchens for a many years, with getting her started in the business. For 10 years previous to Masters Touch, Ms Donaruma was self-employed as a Kitchen Designer. Previous to that, she was employed with Wakefield Kitchen & Bath for three years and Republic Kitchen Showplace in Norwood for nine years.
"My father was the biggest influence on my career. He taught me the value of honesty, integrity and attention to detail. I've been very fortunate. When clients call and say how delighted they are - it's very rewarding," noted Mary. Mary co-teaches Sunday School and is a former Girl Scout leader. A native of Norwood, she resides in Mansfield with her husband Mark and their children, 12-year-old Michelle and 10-year-old Adam.

 Gina Naumann, CKD
A kitchen designer with over 20 years in the industry, Gina loves the business of kitchens and transforming such an important and integral part of a client’s home. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and has been a Certified Kitchen Designer and member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association since 1995. She has a background in working with all aspects of the industry from the retail sector to the dealer, contractors and most importantly the consumer. In addition to her design background, Gina spent years involved in the training industry. She has trained soft skill classes to management level employees.
As well as corporate training, Gina is proficient at using the 20/20 Design Software. She uses this skill set to train and develop fellow designers. When working on design projects, she focuses on balancing function and aesthetics using materials and a layout that will compliment the client’s lifestyle. As a professional, she prides herself in building relationships with her clients and working closely with them to make sure their expectations are met and they are completely satisfied and excited to use their new space.
Gina resides in Norwood with her husband and children Nicholas, Alyssa, Jenna and Morgan.

Nancy Werneken
Nancy is a seasoned interior designer with many years of full-service design and project management experience. She owned and operated her Medfield Interior Design Showroom and firm for 9 years and has developed valuable working and personal relationships with clients and the trade while building a strong and deep understanding of both residential and contract interior furnishings, cabinetry and finishes. She is a member of ASID as an Industry Partner.
Nancy’s passion for fine and applied arts began early; she earned a BFAA at Central Michigan University and started her career as an Art Director at a national advertising agency: Ross Roy Advertising, Inc. She went on to become an Account Executive for the same firm, learning the client service and business sides of advertising. Later, she pursued the Interior Design field at the Rhode Island School of Design and subsequently landed a Media Room at the Tara Drive Showhouse and opened the Medfield Showroom.
Nancy provides our clients with sound design recommendations, color coordination and visual concepts in the form of hand drawings, sketches and 2 and 3-dimensional scaled renderings using Google SketchUp Pro, at which she is proficient. Her presentation boards are thoroughly detailed, informative, colorful and well composed, offering Masters Touch clients a tangible “picture” of the new space for conceptual and planning purposes. Further, when Masters Touch executes a design, the individual subcontractor uses the board as reference for specifications of his or her part of the project, from carpentry to lighting, paint colors, window treatments, fabrics, etc. It is amazing how closely the finished space resembles the renderings!
