A quick look at one of our core values. Balance: What happens when somebody is sick, or there is a family emergency? Well, at Masters Touch, we have a family first attitude. All of our staff and subcontractors know that if they have an issue, their job will not be in jeopardy if they need time off to deal with it. Whether it's a health crisis, a funeral, or a parent-teacher meeting, it's important to be able to take a day or two here and there and take care of the important things in life. Life, that thing that happens outside of work, can certainly make scheduling projects very difficult. That said, we hope our clients will be understanding if a delay occurs due to a "life issue." A little bit of patience, compassion, and understanding is much appreciated, and we thank those of you who "get it" in advance.
